What is your shipping policy?

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. If you require your order quickly please e-mail us and we’ll try to accommodate your needs.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £25 to mainland UK addresses excluding Northern Island, Highlands and Islands Region, Channel Islands and other Isalnd addresses. For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and other island addresses please e-mail for a delivery quote. We do not normally deliver outside Mainland UK.

Our orders are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class post. Deliveries usually take 2-3 days from date of despatch but are not guaranteed within that time and can take longer.  Please contact us if you need your order by a certain date.

There are, unfortunately, times when delivery fails to meet expectations. In these circumstances please contact us so we can find out what has happened to your delivery and keep you informed.
